Email us your logo and let us know if you want
your employees first and last name, title,
department or employee number on your badge. From
there, our graphic artists will draw up a draft design and
email it to you for your inspection. Make as many
changes as you want! When you know you have the
look you are happy with, we will ship you an actual
sample of your new badge for final approval!

Send us your names and pictures
Use the digital camera you already have in house!
Take your employee’s photos and save them as .jpg
or bmp files and use your employee’s names as the file
names. Then email them to us, along with your employee’s
info that belongs on each badge.
Picture taking tip: Have your camera set to the best quality
setting. In a well lit room be 3-4 feet from your subject. Have
them stand against a white wall. Use your flash… if you want,
you can email us your first picture so we can evaluate it. Don’t
worry about cropping the photo – we will do it for you.
