1. Introduction: By participating in this giveaway (the “Groove Identification Solutions Inc. 20th Anniversary Sweepstakes,” or the “Giveaway”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is organized by Groove Identification Solutions Inc. (the “Organizer”), info@groovebadges.com  located at 29 Centennial Road, Unit 3, Orangeville, Ontario, Canada, L9W 1R1.
2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Multiple entries from the same person, using multiple email addresses or otherwise, are prohibited. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods, and any attempt to circumvent the entry limit through the use of multiple email addresses, aliases, or identities, will void all entries submitted by that entrant and will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes at Organizer's sole discretion. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of the Organizer, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) or individuals residing in the same household as such persons are not eligible to participate.
3. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase, payment, or subscription of any kind is required to enter or win the Giveaway. Making a purchase does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
4. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
5. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must complete the official entry survey made available by the Organizer at https://groovebadges.com/pages/anniversary-sweepstakes during the Entry Period. Only one (1) spin will be granted to each participant after completing the entry survey for the duration of the sweepstakes as stated under Section 4. Participants already subscribed to the Organizer's mailing list may also receive the survey by email. All required questions on the entry survey must be answered completely and truthfully to be eligible. By spinning the wheel, a person is awarded 1 to 5 entries that stay in every weekly draw per person until said person wins a prize. Once you have won, accepted, and successfully answered the skill testing question within the specifications stated under section 9 for a weekly prize, you will not be eligible to win another weekly prize until week 11. All Persons that sign up are eligible to win the Week 11 Prize of a Gretsch Guitar and Case regardless if you’ve won and accepted a previous weekly prize. A valid entry remains eligible for every weekly draw described in Section 8 throughout the Entry Period.
6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize in any given weekly draw depend on the number of eligible entries in the pool for that draw, as determined under Section 8. The odds of the wheel persons will spin are as follows: 1 entry 50%, 2 entries 24%, 3 entries 15%, 4 entries 7%, 5 entries 4%. Because eligible entries accumulate over the course of the Entry Period, odds of winning will vary from draw to draw.
7. Prizes: The Groove 20th Anniversary Sweepstakes prize package consists of sixteen (16) individual prizes to be awarded over the course of eleven (11) weeks during the Sweepstakes Period, with a combined approximate retail value (ARV), inclusive of applicable taxes, of $5300.09 CAD. All stated values reflect the approximate retail price of each item as of the date of procurement and are subject to change; the Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion, and no cash alternative will be offered except as required by law. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Winners are solely responsible for any income tax, customs duties, or other charges that may apply to the receipt of a prize under applicable law.
8. Winner Selection: Sixteen (16) draws will be held over eleven weeks using random selection weighted by entries held to randomly select winners from the pool of eligible entries using https://wheelofnames.com/ to randomly select winner(s) described in Section 5. To be eligible for a given weekly draw, an entry must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the Thursday immediately preceding that draw date. An entrant who has already been selected as a winner in a prior draw remains eligible for only the week 11 draw during the Sweepstakes Period. The draws will take place as follows: two (2) winners on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; two (2) winners on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; two (2) winners on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; two (2) winners on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; two (2) winners on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; one (1) winner on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; one (1) winner on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; one (1) winner on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; one (1) winner on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; one (1) winner on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET; and one (1) winner on Friday, November 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
9. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email and/or phone where a phone number has been provided within three (3) business days after the applicable draw. A selected winner must respond to the notification within four (4) days to claim their prize and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of receiving the prize. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the time specified, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from the eligible pool for that draw where time permits, or, if no alternate can be confirmed before the prize must be awarded, to not award that prize.
10. Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Privacy: The Organizer collects entrants' names, contact information, and, for winners, mailing address, solely to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, notify and fulfill prizes to winners, and comply with applicable law. Entry data may be processed by Make.com, stored in Google Sheets, and opt-ins go to Mailchimp.com. All three (3) platforms store data in the United States of America. These are managed on the Organizer's behalf for the purpose of administering the entry survey. Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes unless an entrant separately and affirmatively opts in to receive marketing communications; entry in the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Entrants may contact info@groovebadges.com  to access, correct, or withdraw consent for the use of their personal information, or to ask questions about this notice. Quebec residents may also direct privacy complaints to Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information; residents of other provinces may direct complaints to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Personal information will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway and comply with applicable law, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
12. Limitation of Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other problems related to or in connection with the Giveaway. Risk of loss for a shipped prize transfers to the winner upon the Organizer's delivery of the prize to the carrier; the Organizer is not responsible for a prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit once handed to the carrier, though the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to assist an affected winner. Winners are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address; if a prize is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the winner, the Organizer may treat the prize as unclaimed and select an alternate winner under Section 9. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the awarding of prizes, except to the extent such liability, loss, or damage arises from the Organizer's gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Organizer is not responsible for winners' misuse of prizes or failure to comply with these Terms.
13. General Conditions: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Organizer's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Subject to applicable law, the Organizer's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
14. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or protection available to a Quebec resident under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Quebec law, and to the extent of any conflict, those Quebec protections will govern as to Quebec residents.
15. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between each participant and the Organizer with respect to the Giveaway and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding its subject matter.

18. Agreement to Terms: By participating in the Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and the decisions of the Organizer made in accordance with them. The Organizer may amend these Terms during the Sweepstakes Period for reasons including fraud, technical failure, or legal or regulatory compliance; any material amendment will be posted on the Giveaway page, and no amendment will retroactively affect a draw or winner already determined prior to the amendment.

French Language / Version Française: A French-language version of these Terms is https://groovebadges.com/pages/modalites-et-conditions-du-concours-du-20e-anniversaire-de-groove-identification-solutions-inc. In accordance with Quebec's Charter of the French Language, a Quebec resident will be provided with the French-language version of these Terms and may enter and participate in the Giveaway in French; a Quebec resident who wishes to proceed in English may do so only after having been offered the French version.
