Wonderful printer and very durable. Beware of the cards you use in them however. PVC cards will not print well and can cause ribbons to jam or wrinkle and break. Contacted Evolis in the US and they advise using only PVC-PET cards. I tested this out myself and and expensive lesson later found out they were correct. So cards must be 60% PVC and 40% Polyester.
