Defective Merchandise
If you receive defective merchandise, we will exchange it for a replacement of the same product at no charge within 30 days. Simply call us toll-free at 1-888-940-3645 to initiate the process. Then, return the item to the address below, and we will promptly ship a replacement.

Returns & Refunds for Stock Products
If you are not satisfied with a stock product, we will issue a refund for your purchase, minus shipping costs. Please return the product to us, and a credit will be issued once we receive it.
Exchanges
Exchanges for an alternate unopened product can be arranged within 30 days. Some items, such as software, cannot be returned if opened. Please contact us for details.
Non-Returnable Custom Printed Items
Custom-printed items, including lanyards, badge reels, One-Day Visitor Pass Books, and badge tags, cannot be returned, as they require a proof approval process before production.
