This is my first time doing business with Groove Identification Solutions. I inherited an Evolis Card printer and it was not in very good shape. It was not until I spoke with Mr. Carmen Ritter that I was able to get the required parts and software to put my machine back on track. I have an affiliate in the USA that indicate that Groove was the only company that could help me across Canada. Thank you for the assistance, much appreciated.
