ID-ALL is designed by CARDPRESSO and runs on Windows and macOS in 30 languages.

Yes. It unlocks contact and contactless smart-card encoding, MIFARE Classic/Ultralight (NFC), fingerprint acquisition, and user/rights management. MIFARE DESFire is available via the optional plugin.
Do the plugins require Expert?
