The CARDPRESSO XM to ID-ALL Advanced trade-up is a licence for organizations that already own CARDPRESSO XM card design software. It moves you to ID-ALL Advanced, which adds photo tools such as face cropping and background removal, multi-layout card designs, conditional printing, signature capture and scripting, along with Microsoft Access, SQLite and Google Sheets connections. Card designs made in CARDPRESSO open in ID-ALL, so existing templates do not need to be rebuilt.
Why move from CARDPRESSO to ID-ALL
ID-ALL is the successor to CARDPRESSO. Existing CARDPRESSO installations keep working with no time limit, but the last defect fixes end on September 30, 2027, and support services end on September 30, 2028. Compatibility with future operating systems is not guaranteed. The CARDPRESSO to ID-ALL trade-up program gives existing licence holders preferential pricing until September 30, 2028.

ID-ALL Advanced is designed for medium-sized companies and local schools that print photo ID cards regularly and enrol cardholders on an ongoing basis. It suits CARDPRESSO XM users who work with a Microsoft Access database, since Advanced keeps that connection and adds SQLite and Google Sheets.
What ID-ALL Advanced includes
Photos and design. Advanced crops faces and removes backgrounds from cardholder photos, supports multi-layout card designs and adds advanced object properties. It also includes the Standard edition's image editor and support for all card formats.
Databases. Advanced connects to Microsoft Access, SQLite and Google Sheets, in addition to an unlimited internal database and Microsoft Excel, CSV and TXT files.
Printing and security. Conditional printing, signature capture, scripting, batch printing, automatic double-sided printing, and overlay, UV and F-panel customization are included. Advanced also supports 1D and 2D barcodes, QR codes and magnetic stripe encoding, which depends on the printer.
