The CARDPRESSO XS to ID-ALL Standard trade-up is a licence for organizations that already own CARDPRESSO XS card design software. It moves you to ID-ALL Standard, which supports all card formats, an unlimited internal database, Microsoft Excel, CSV and TXT data files, batch printing, 2D barcodes, QR codes and magnetic stripe encoding. Card designs made in CARDPRESSO open in ID-ALL, so existing templates do not need to be rebuilt.
Why move from CARDPRESSO to ID-ALL
ID-ALL is the successor to CARDPRESSO. Existing CARDPRESSO installations keep working with no time limit, but the last defect fixes end on September 30, 2027, and support services end on September 30, 2028. Compatibility with future operating systems is not guaranteed. The CARDPRESSO to ID-ALL trade-up program gives existing licence holders preferential pricing until September 30, 2028.
Who this trade-up is for
ID-ALL Standard is designed for small companies that print cards occasionally and keep cardholder data in a simple database or spreadsheet. It suits CARDPRESSO XS users who already work from Excel, CSV or TXT files, since Standard keeps those connections.
What ID-ALL Standard includes
Design. Standard supports all card formats, not only CR80, and includes an image editor, a graphics and background library, text, image and date and time fields, and a digital copy of each card.
Databases. The internal database has no record limit, and Standard reads data from Microsoft Excel, CSV and TXT files.
Encoding and printing. Standard creates 1D barcodes without restriction, 2D barcodes and QR codes, and encodes magnetic stripes, which depends on the printer. Batch printing, automatic double-sided printing, Ethernet printer support and overlay, UV and F-panel printing are included.
